A few days ago while Maggie was napping I decided to take a break and do something I really enjoy. I turned on the baby monitor (which has an incredible range!), hung the camera around my neck, zipped up my coat and went outside to look for some good photo opportunities.
The cats always follow me around while I'm outside and the horses get pretty interested in them. I have been trying to capture the moment when Chance and one of the cats are nose to nose, but so far I haven't been that lucky. I got a few shots of them looking at each other, then Chance stuck his nose out a little too far and this happened:
Although I'm more of a dog person, I must admit cats are pretty amazing creatures. How can its two back feet still be flat on the ground while the rest of it's body is going the complete other direction? Crazy!
Aside from the contortionist kitty, I'm pretty happy with the pictures I was able to get. Here's a few of my favorites.

Love the story and I love the pictures. I have grown fond of both cats and dogs the last few years but I must admit I am so jealous that you have so many animals around to love on!
